Allegro is the kiosk application that interfaces with your client, your PMS, and your Key System. Occasionally, you may need to close the Allegro Scenario Player application to perform various support functions.

Closing Allegro Scenario Player using the kiosk's service keyboard:

1. Navigate to the Allegro "flags screen". This is typically the screen where a guest may choose their language, and usually the first screen a guest would see excluding a screensaver.
2. Type "0000" and hit Enter to close the application.

Closing Allegro Scenario Player using the kiosk's hidden on-screen keypad:

1. Navigate to the Allegro "flags screen". This is the screen where a guest may choose their language.
2. Using your fingers, quickly touch the 2 "hidden" buttons to open the on-screen numeric keypad. If you don't know the location of the "hidden" buttons, ask your Kiosk Site Administrator.
3. Type "0000" and hit Enter to close the application.

Opening Allegro Scenario Player
1. When you are ready to reopen the Allegro Scenario Player, simply double click the Scenario Player icon on the kiosk's desktop.
