Cause(s):

• Stacker is hung
• Connectivity issues between kiosk and key server
• Network connectivity issues
• Connection issues between serial adapter and pc

Resolution:

• Secure connections between serial adapter and pc
• Verify kiosk’s connection to network
• Verify key server connectivity
• Reset stacker
