To ensure proper kiosk operation and a consistent guest experience, we recommend that the following actions be incorporated into your daily operating checklist.

  1. Check the reject key bin and empty if needed.
  2. Check that the key stacker is fully loaded with keys (with correct orientation if your keys are magnetic).
  3. If your kiosk has a printer, check that there is enough paper loaded to handle the days transactions. Clean print head if necessary.
  4. Check the reject paper bin and empty if needed.
  5. Check that all surface areas and touchscreen is clean. Test the touchscreen to ensure that there is a response.under the Attachments section of this page.
