Suggested Basic Kiosk Maintenance

To ensure proper kiosk operation and a consistent guest experience, we recommend that the following actions be incorporated into your daily operating checklist.
- Check the reject key bin and empty if needed.
- Check that the key stacker is fully loaded with keys (with correct orientation if your keys are magnetic).
- If your kiosk has a printer, check that there is enough paper loaded to handle the days transactions. Clean print head if necessary.
- Check the reject paper bin and empty if needed.
- Check that all surface areas and touchscreen is clean. Test the touchscreen to ensure that there is a response.under the Attachments section of this page.
