What it affects:

  • Key creation/encoding
  • Kiosk Check-in
Cause(s):

  • Stacker power damaged or loose
  • Stacker serial cable damaged or loose
  • Stacker is hung/non-responsive
Resolution(s):

  • Verify stacker’s power and serial cables
  • Reset the stacker
  • Verify connections to and from serial adapter
