No response from server! The operation has timed out

What it affects:
  • All Kiosk functionality

Cause(s):
  • PMS server connectivity
  • PMS Server down

Resolution:
  • Ping PMS server to verify connectivity
  • Escalate to property IT if PMS does not respond
