What it affects:

• Kiosk Checkout

Cause(s):

• Faulty key stacker
• Guest did not insert key within allotted time

Resolution:

• Verify proper wiring of the key stacker and key encoder
• Verify key stacker is properly grabbing keys and placing them under the encoder
• Perform a test to ensure the issue wasn’t user error
