How do I connect Ariane Support to a BeyondTrust (Bomgar) remote session?

Bomgar Jump Client Setup
1.Customer needs to launch Internet Explorer and browse to Ariane.BomgarCloud.com
2. Customer should see a list of Ariane Tech’s names.
3.Have the client choose your name from the list above and they should now see the following:
4.The bomgar program should now launch automatically
a.If bomgar does not launch automatically, have the client click the “click here” link in step 2 to manually launch bomgar
