Instructions for ARS Technicians

Once you are on-site please do the following:
- Identify yourself to the front desk person on duty.
- Check in with Ariane Support by calling 1-800-665-4589, ext. 1.
- Do not begin work until you have spoken with an Ariane Support team member.
- As needed, check in with Ariane Support for assistance and further instruction.
- When work is validated as complete, please check in again with Ariane Support by calling 1-800-665-4589, ext. 1.
- Inform the front desk person on duty that the work has been completed and provide any instructions as directed by Ariane Support.
