Obtaining Webkiosk Log Files

If you need to obtain the log files for any reason you will need access to the kiosk and a keyboard connected into one of the open USB ports on the Kiosk PC. Once the Keyboard is connected to the pc you are ready to begin.
1. You will need to close the scenario to get to the home screen of windows. In order to do this, please follow one of the following methods.
- plug in a keyboard and press Alt+F4
- Plug in a keyboard and press ctrl+alt+del and end the Chrome process
2. Click on the My Computer icon to open the My Computer window. Click on the Ariane folder in the left panel of the window. This will bring up the Ariane folder from here scroll down to the folder labeled “Log Files”
3. In this folder there are several types of Logs you may inspect. Choose the type of log you are going to be inspecting and inspect your log and close the windows. Your log files will typically be chosen by date. Collect all logs for the impacted dates in the logfiles folder and well as the logfiles/xml folder.
4. You will need to relaunch the Ariane Application by clicking on the Scenario Player icon on the desktop.
