Allegro V5 Log File Transfer

The process of transferring kiosk logfiles bundles the logfiles for a specified date range into a single compressed file which can then be sent for review. Reviewing a kiosks logfiles allows us to see the details occurring with various hardware components and system communications.
1. Locate the Logfiles Transfer icon on the kiosk desktop, and double-click to open.
2. Set "From" and "To" Dates, check "Make Zip", and then click "Transfer logfiles".
3. Select Yes when asked to "browse the result"
4. A window will open displaying the C:\Transfers directory. Locate the newly created file (note the date range in the filename) from C:\Transfers and forward the file to Support (use jumpdrive or webmail from kiosk to remove from kiosk).
5. Close the C:\Transfers window.
6. Close the Logfiles & Config Transfer Window
